1. Course Access

By enrolling in "Clay At Home: The Art of Hand Building," you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the course materials. This includes instructional videos, downloadable content, templates, and support materials. Access to the course is for individual use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold to others.

2. Prerequisites for Participation

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have access to ceramic clay and firing services. The course does not include the provision of materials or equipment, such as clay, tools, or kiln access. We recommend participants locate a firing service in their local area prior to starting the course. Guidance on sourcing materials and firing services is provided within the course content, but final arrangements must be made by the participant.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for this course. If within 7 days of purchase you feel the course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by contacting our support team. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days from the purchase date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the course, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, templates, and worksheets, is the intellectual property of Michelle Morton. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials without written permission. Unauthorized use of the course content is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your access without a refund.

5. Course Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the course content at any time. If significant changes are made to the course, participants will be notified, and access to the updated materials will be provided at no additional cost during the course period.

6. Community Guidelines

Participants in "Clay At Home: The Art of Hand Building" may have access to a private community or discussion forum. By participating in this community, you agree to treat other members with respect and kindness. Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the community and may lead to loss of access to the course without a refund.

7. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access the course, including a reliable internet connection and a compatible device. We cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties participants encounter that are outside our control.

8. Disclaimer

This course is for educational purposes only. Results may vary based on the individual’s skill level, commitment, and access to resources. The course does not guarantee any specific outcome, such as successful completion of projects or creation of professional-grade ceramics.

9. Liability

Michelle Morton shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of materials, tools, or firing services associated with this course. Participants are encouraged to follow safety guidelines when working with ceramic materials and to consult with professionals when necessary.

11. Payment Plans

If you choose to enrol via a payment plan, the following terms apply:

Your payment will be split into three monthly instalments: one initial payment upon enrolment, followed by two additional payments each one month apart.

The bonus module project workshops are not included in the payment plan version of the course.

If a second or third payment attempt fails, the system will automatically re-attempt the charge in accordance with Kajabi’s payment retry policy.

If five unsuccessful payment attempts occur for any instalment, your access to the course will be automatically revoked.

12. LIVE ZOOM CHATS ADD-ON SUBSCRIPTION

Enrollment in the Live Clay Chats add-on includes access to bi-monthly live Zoom sessions hosted by Michelle Morton. Session times are listed within the course module. If you’re unable to attend live, you may submit questions in advance and catch the replay at your convenience. Replays are included in your access. Zoom links are sent only to the email address used when subscribing. 

This add-on is billed as an annual subscription, charged once per year and set to renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription. Access to the Live Clay Chats and replays is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
